Privacy Policy
vidSpin is a DJ app for iPad. It is made to work entirely on your iPad. It doesn't collect, store or share any personal information, and it has no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking.
What stays on your iPad
- Your music and videos. Songs and clips you add from the Files app, a folder or an external drive are played from where they are. vidSpin keeps a list of them with the analysis it makes (tempo, beat grid, key, cue points) on your iPad.
- The Music app. If you allow access to your music library, vidSpin reads the songs there so you can mix them. The list never leaves your iPad.
- Recordings. Mixes you record are saved on your iPad, in the app's folder in the Files app.
- Settings and controller mappings. These are stored on your iPad.
The beat detection and stem separation run on the iPad itself. Nothing is sent to a server, and vidSpin makes no network connections.
DJ controllers
vidSpin talks to DJ controllers connected over USB using MIDI. That connection stays between the iPad and the controller.
Crash reports and feedback
If you have turned on sharing with app developers in iPadOS, Apple may send anonymous crash reports to the developer. The same goes for feedback you send through TestFlight. Apple handles these under its own privacy policy, and the developer only uses them to fix problems.
Children
vidSpin doesn't collect information from anyone, including children.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.

Privatlivspolitik
vidSpin er en DJ-app til iPad, der er lavet til at virke helt på din iPad. Den indsamler, gemmer og deler ingen personlige oplysninger. Der er ingen konti, reklamer, statistik eller sporing.
Det bliver på din iPad
- Din musik og dine videoer. Sange og klip, du tilføjer fra Filer-appen, en mappe eller et eksternt drev, afspilles der, hvor de ligger. vidSpin gemmer en liste over dem med sin analyse (tempo, beat-grid, toneart, cue-punkter) på din iPad.
- Musik-appen. Giver du adgang til dit musikbibliotek, læser vidSpin sangene der, så du kan mixe dem. Listen forlader aldrig din iPad.
- Optagelser. Mix, du optager, gemmes på din iPad i appens mappe i Filer-appen.
- Indstillinger og controller-mappings. De gemmes på din iPad.
Beat-genkendelse og opdeling i stems foregår på selve iPad'en. Intet sendes til en server, og vidSpin opretter ingen netværksforbindelser.
DJ-controllere
vidSpin taler med DJ-controllere, der er tilsluttet med USB, via MIDI. Den forbindelse bliver mellem iPad'en og controlleren.
Nedbrudsrapporter og feedback
Har du slået deling med appudviklere til i iPadOS, kan Apple sende anonyme nedbrudsrapporter til udvikleren. Det samme gælder feedback, du sender via TestFlight. Apple behandler dem efter sin egen privatlivspolitik, og udvikleren bruger dem kun til at rette fejl.
Børn
vidSpin indsamler ikke oplysninger om nogen, heller ikke børn.

Hvis politikken ændres, lægges den nye udgave på denne side med en ny dato.
